Yemisi told a dispatcher over the phone that she feared for her life after being physically assaulted by her husband over a heated argument relating to Suswam's mistress Shidoo.

Suswam reportedly hit Yemisi many times and inflicted injuries on her...Suswam faces a prison term not exceeding six months.

Shidoo the mistress has a child for the governor and works at NAFDAC; British police are said to be pressing the former first lady to file battery charges against her husband.
