Britain Mourns Show Biz Icon Cilla Black

Remember “Blind date” show host? lovers of the show in the 90s! Mourned by majority in Britain the Late singer and TV presenter Cilla Black passed away at her holiday home in Spain at the age of seventy-two.

The death of the former pop star and TV presenter, who lived in Estepona on the Costa del Sol, was announced on Sunday.

A post-mortem will be carried out, although early indications suggest Black - who suffered from hearing problems and arthritis - died of natural causes.

Some reports have claimed that the star may have died after a fall from a dizzy spell, caused by a sudden temperature change in a room at her villa but this has not been confirmed.

"Details of her death will be announced following the coroner's report. Her family have asked for their privacy to be respected at this time."
