Explosion At Kano Market

Barely 48 hours after the Yola explosion another bomb was detonated in Kano it exploded at the Kano GSM Jesse Market in Kano metropolis, North-western Nigeria around a farm centre.

The twin blast in Yola claimed 32 lives and left 80 people injured.  Reporters are not sure of how many casualties or how many dead at the Kano bomb more details would follow later.

One occurred at the market entrance while the second device exploded near a pavilion in the centre of the market. Witnesses said the one that occurred at the market entrance was carried out by a young girl whom they had suspected was a suicide bomber and was prevented from entering into the GSM market before she exploded killing herself in the process.
An elderly man was also just waiting to explode and he was right inside the market. We can’t tell how many people who lost their life at the moment, but by tomorrow, the figures will be clear.
