Fast n Simple Efo Riro

I guess most of my Nigerian readers know how to cook Efo riro (mixed spinach soup) for those who don’t and for my readers from others countries, watch the video above.

I enjoy cooking but for a small quantity of people it becomes tiresome when I have to cook for a large number of people. Selfish? No, am just used to cooking for small.  Though there times I don’t feel like cooking like everybody else.
