The Governor of Nasarawa
State, Alhaji Tanko Al-makura has shocked students and entourage when he decided
to lay on an over-used-shabby mattress infested with bug.
The sixty-three year old
governor visited the state Government College, Keffi, then went into one of the
dormitories, he decided to partake in the student night sleeping experience as
he lay on the bed.
Al-makura was set to be
impeached recently but the seven-member panel investigating allegations of
gross misconduct against him dismissed all the charges.
Tanko Al-Makura Jnr, the
son of the serving governor of Nassarawa state had his Fatiha in Fort
Washington, USA on Saturday August 17, 2013. Governors Babangida Aliyu, Kayode
Fayemi and others were at the wedding Fatiha to support their friend, the
governor.
He did not sleep on the bed he should sleep on it overnight
