Obasanjo Chairs Commonwealth Observer Group At Ugandan Election

Nigerian ex-president Olusegun Obasanjo travelled to East-Africa Uganda to serve as the Chairperson of the Commonwealth Observer Group at the Ugandan Presidential election. The presidential election is currently going on today February 18th 2016.
