EFCC Arrest Former Minister Of Finance

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC April 21st, arrested and detained Former Finance Minister (during Obasanjo's regime.. 2006-2007), Esther Nenadi Usman for allegedly receiving N2.5 billion of the N4 billion taken out of the Central Bank of Nigeria.

It was taken from CBN, on the orders of the former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, during the 2015 election.

According to Vanguard, Usman was the Director of Finance of the People’s Democratic Party Presidential Campaign and received the monies collected from the CBN on Dasuki's order.
