The couple started dating in last year, and got engaged in January after he presented her with a 35 carat diamond ring.
She has an estimated net worth of more than half a billion dollars.
And Mariah Carey is said to have been fuming over the alleged prenuptial agreement conditions offered by former fiance James Packer before their sensational split

It is said the Charmbracelet singer felt she was being treated as a 'gold digger' by the Australian billionaire's business managers. She is said to have been 'blindsided' when she was later dumped by the tycoon at the end of September.

According to Page Six, the 46-year-old was initially offered $1 million a year for each full year of marriage by Robert Rankin, an executive who works for the gambling mogul, who is said to be worth 3.5 billion US dollars.
However it is claimed the warbler's managers turned the offer down flat, saying, 'Mariah earns that in 45 minutes for a private performance. This is insulting!'

In what was perhaps hoped would be a decisive move, the cash offer was supposedly adjusted and the use of a private jet was thrown in as a sweetener in yet another email.
The follow-up terms would see her get $6 million per year, $151,385 per week up to a maximum of $30 million.

She would also be furnished with a credit card, which was only to be used for living and staff expenses and not clothes shopping, and it could only be used up to a certain value every year.
In addition joint accounts were ruled out, and she and her two children by ex-husband Nick Cannon would not inherit any of 49-year-old James' money.
The businessman has three children of his own - daughters Emmanuelle and Indigo, as well as son Jackson.
In addition Mariah, her offspring and her team of lackeys would only be allowed to use one private jet.
The email allegedly stated: 'It shall not be appropriate to provide a second airplane for Mariah’s use, or the use of her children.'

TMZ previously claimed he had attempted to rush the agreement through lawyers in time for a March 1 wedding, it has been claimed.
He angrily ordered lawyers to complete the agreement in an email chain where he reportedly told them: 'Do as I say or f**** off'.

Despite his demands, neither of the pair is believed to have signed the document before calling off their engagement after a row in September.
