According to journalist, Dan Borno who writes about incident in Borno, he tweeted that a soldier whose name was not provided impregnated one of the girls in the IDP camp in the region he was meant to protect.
The Nigerian soldier has been accused of impregnating a girl in an IDP camp situated at Damboa road in Borno.
He also accused members of the Civilian Joint Task Force of also engaging in the immoral act.
