“Idris you are someone we look up to if you want to advice us, you don’t have to insult” - Skales

Controversial rapper, Eedris Abdulkareem, is known for calling out artistes and other professionals in the music industry with very little regard and one of his most recent targets was Timaya, who he referred to as an ingrate that forgets his root. Eedris also accused him of singing about himself and not adding value to people.

Timaya has however lashed back at the rapper and some industry colleagues also appear to be unhappy with Mr Abdulkareem’s assertion.

One of them is Skales and during a recent interview on Hip TV, he described the rapper’s approach as wrong.

‘Big ups Eedris, i mean no disrespect but i feel like he’s going about everything immaturely. You are someone we look up to if you want to advice us, you don’t have to insult anybody because you don’t know what these people have done to bless other peoples lives,’ Skales said.

Skales has also admitted that Timaya showered him with immense love and support when his career was ailing.
