Steve Harvey Sued For Charity Fraud

TV host Steve Harvey, was charged to court by one Vincent Dimmock who claimed that the popular show host hired him to raise $20 million for the Steve and Marjorie Foundation and other ventures, but was never paid his 12.5% cut that was agreed upon.

TMZ reports that Dimmock reportedly delivered $1 million through his high-profile connections, but Harvey refused to pay him the commission and according to him it, Harvey has no intentions of paying him at all.

It was also gathered that Harvey blames Oprah and Tyler Perry for bad financial advice, when meeting with an investor introduced by Dimmock in May, and also made disparaging comments about women during the business discussion, according to the suit.

Harvey’s bad financial shape with his foundation, was blamed on several P.R. mishaps and a meeting with President Trump by Dimmock. However Harvey’s longtime agent, Todd Frank in a statement released to TMZm said “It sounds fake.”
