Regina Simons, who was 18
at the time, told The Wrap that Seagal invited her to his Beverly Hills home in
1993 after production closed on the film, but she was the only person there.
An extra on Steven Seagal’s
1994 “On Deadly Ground” claims the actor raped her during a wrap party.
“He took me into this room
and then just closed the door and started kissing me,” she said.
“He then took my clothes
off and before I knew it he was on top of me, raping me … I wasn’t sexually
active yet. People always talk about fight-or-flight. But no one talks about
the freeze.”
Simons, now 43 and with two
children, claims that she also met Seagal on the day of casting. When she
complained of a headache, he offered her a massage.
The second time she met him
was at the nonexistent party.
“I asked him where is
everyone and he said that they had already left,”
She went on to say that she
froze during the alleged rape, but cried during the entire experience.
“The only way I’m able to
describe it is I literally felt like I left my body,” she said.
“I think because of the
situation I was completely caught off guard. Tears were coming down my face and
I know that it hurt. He was three times my size.”
