In a memo released earlier
by the University of Benin, the management of the institution has now
introduced Graduation Ring and Certificate Holders as part of the paraphernalia
for 2019 Convocation Ceremony.
The university said this is
in line with the global best practice, and students are to report to take their
finger sizing for the rings.
