Vice president's daughter Kiki Osinbajo has reacted
to a message posted by actress Kate Henshaw which condemns mothers for bleaching their
baby’s skin.
Sharing on social media
yesterday, Kate Henshaw wrote: “This is where I draw the line!!! Selling all
sorts of unverified products to mothers telling them to glow their babies with
a
flawless shower bath!! What is this self-loathing that you want to transfer
to children?? For 20k or 30k you want to destroy a future for aesthetic
value??”
Reacting to the post from
the actress, Kiki Osinbajo used the opportunity to call for a way to ensure
people’s confidence in brown skin is restored.
She made this known as she
laments the rate at which people demand for skin whitening products.
She shared,
