Popular Nollywood child
actor, Williams Uchemba, has finally opened up on the source of his wealth.
Through his Instagram page,
the Imo State born movie star maintained that he is not self-made but a
combination of resources from several people made him who he has grown to
become.
He wrote, “There is no such
thing as “self-made man/woman”, everyone has a source of empowerment and
existence.
As simple as that statement
sounds it is one of the most destructive statements you can use against yourself because, if truly that statement
is valid then you have the power to create and take life and you also didn’t
need your parents to arrive here.
I can proudly say that I’m
not a self-made man, I am what I am
today through God first without whom I
am nothing but clay, then my spiritual leaders, my mentors and teachers and my
parents who brought me into this world.
“
In 2018, Mr Williams denied claims of fraud against
him after messages of him requesting money to arrange a delegation to a United
Nations youth event in the United States went viral.
A US-based Nigerian human
rights activist, Edafe Okporo, has called him out for allegedly defrauding some
innocent youths.
