
Tens of thousands of fans trying to secure tickets to the date joined the Ticketmaster queues this morning to secure tickets ranging from £58 to an eye-watering £2,392.
According
to report, thousands of Beyonce fans have been given a second chance of
securing tickets to see the singer as presale for her Renaissance World Tour
continued, as hotel prices in Edinburgh soar.
After fans
frantically joined the O2 presale on Thursday, both the Live Nation and venue
presales got underway on Friday morning at 10am.

My Soul singer will visit Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium on May 20 as part of
her first solo tour in seven years.
While some
tickets were secured, thousands of others were left disappointed as when they
finally got through the queue they were met with a message stating that no
tickets could be found.
Those
joining the queue after 10am were met with a message from Ticketmaster which
stated: “Due to overwhelming demand for this show, ticket availability is now
extremely limited. If you are unable to find tickets today, we recommend
checking back on Tuesday February 7 at 10am.”
Meanwhile,
hotel room prices in Edinburgh have soared on May 20 when the concert will take
place.
A double
room with sofa bed at the Holiday Inn on the Royal Mile soared to more than
£760 for one night on May 20, compared to £211 for the same room on Saturday
the week before.
The price
of a double room at the hub by Premier Inn at Haymarket on May 20 would set
visitors back £277 compared to £192 on Saturday, May 13.
Those who are part of BeyoncĂ©’s BeyHive fan group will get another pre-sale opportunity on Monday, February 6 at 9am before general sale takes place on Tuesday, February 7 at 10am.
