Thirty-one
years old Amie Carter caused obstructed the easy flow of traffic, the lady was
spotted by shocked motorists strolling down the road totally na ked, a driver
alerted the police.
The woman
from Orlando, Florida, then threw her phone at a car while climbing on top of
another.
Police, said
the woman was on drugs at the time of the incident, asked her to stop the
eccentric display when arriving on the scene, but she continued.
A police
report stated: “Carter appeared to be under the influence [of] a heavy unknown
substance.
“She
appeared in an altered mental state, displaying extremely irrational and
volatile behaviour.”
She was
arrested and charged with exposure of s*xual organs and criminal mischief.
